Hey! Thanks for stopping by, how's it going? Good? Sure. My name's Louie, I own/run SK Games, and we're opening up a shop called Backyard. Perhaps you'd like to hear about it?
I started up SK with an idea of making games that all people would enjoy playing regardless of their prior experience with games. I wanted to expose the public to a wide range of quirky, unique, individual and personal games. Games that thrive on curiosity and social encouragement.
We've been creating and curating events and parties around Australia, and at every show I talk to someone who wants to buy the games they're playing. They don't want web directions, greenlight pages, dropbox links. They want to hand over some cash and hold something in the taxi home, so that's exactly what we're going to create.The physical products tie into a digital storefront in a simple, accessible way. This way we hope to bring new people into the world of altgames, wherever they may be in the real world.
- A unique lineup of games and related media

These are our entry level rewards, they're all about you guys trusting us to send you some awesome games right off the bat. And we'll throw in some extra titbits.
This is your chance to get an exclusive t-shirt hand-printed by us at SK. Hey, don't look at us like that, we've made plenty of shirts in our time. The design? Oh, that'd be this:
///[phat controllers] ////[double phat controllers]
The first thing you'll need at your own gaming party is some awesome controllers. While not as crazy as some of our custom work, these will certainly do the job for just about any game we sell, and will look much more professional.
Perhaps you have that favourite game and you just don't feel regular controllers cut it? Maybe you want something you can bring out at parties that will send ripples of awe around the room? Sounds like you need us to make a controller for you. We can do that you know.

Risks and challenges
This whole campaign is as simple as we can make it. We're not funding ongoing projects, we're funding the opening of a store, the products are ready to go.
You may be wondering why the end date is a Thursday? Well, that gives us Thursday night to put the addresses on the backer rewards, Friday morning to post them and we can put our feet up and celebrate with a beer Friday night.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
