This all started several years ago after 3rd edition D&D opened my eyes to the fact that people creating role playing games were just people. With the Open Gaming License making it easier than ever to create these games, I decided I would try my hand as well.
I wrote a few d20 products but I am a poor artist and had a difficult time coordinating art for what I'd written so I put the idea on the back burner.
Two years ago, I was trying to think of a game for Fear the Con. I had an idea for a scenario but no system that really fit it, so I created my own. It was not much, but it was entertaining.
I wasn't completely thrilled with what I'd created, but feedback from the players at the convention suggested I might have something worth developing. Taking their encouragement, I started tweaking and expanding the system.
When I had something a bit more polished, I began playtesting and making adjustments based on issues that came up during play and after more revisions and adjustments, I had a product that I was proud of.
Then, I met Jake Ekiss, a talented and reliable artist. He agreed to do the art for the product. The text is done, the art has been started and with your help, I will be able to put out the first of what I hope will be many role playing games and supplements.
