It's June 3 already. Idime stated shipping will start in the first week of June but still no any news/updates so far. Everyone, obviously it's a scam and we need to take some legal actions!
Can we please get an update? The lack of response is frustrating and I'm beginning to wonder about the integrity of Kickstarter as a whole. Are these projects being vetted? Can someone please communicate with the backers and give us more up to date information. This is outrageous.
Isn't it comforting that the creators are concerned about what/how retailers think of their product, not those that funded their project. Delay after excuse piled up. At this point I could give a shit if they ever produce a single thing. Creators like this and Flag Photo are why I've discontinued funding any more Kickstarter projects.

I will try and do this, this week but from what I have gathered you tell them that you want to dispute a transaction about an undelivered product. You can also call your credit card company and tell them that You want to file a fraud claim for nondelivery of a product. The Credit Card company will then sell that debt to a debt collection agency for recovery and wreck the creators credit.
3. @Creator Just in case you think you won't or can't get sued http://www.nbcnews.com/tech/internet/kickstarter-fraud-state-sues-failed-projects-creators-n95951 and http://observer.com/2015/09/kickstarter/ 4. Maybe kickstarter will see this and know its going to be effecting their 'bottom line' if they don't squash it' kickstarter I hope you read this, I am a super backer and I have decided to stop backing any\all new projects because there are just *** too many scams cropping up ***. Hope this helps other kickstarter fans and potential backers from saving their hard earned cash. kickstarter doesn't care, since they get their cut. they have not even once ONCE posted a reply to me to address any of my concerns. So, even more to you fellow backers, SAVE your hard earned money and wait till a product comes to market, kickstarter is way too risky. Its like betting your retirement plan on placing a it on 'black 22', i.e. roulette except your odds are better. Hope this helps.

I wish they would just come clean and admit that it was all a fraud from the beginning, they expect one to believe that he factory flubbed up and wont redo the order? also, before mass production, there is a limited production run that ensures, mass production will go w/o a hitch. I would like to have my refund in FULL as well. I'm rather happy with on board storage of 16gb on my iPhone 6S rather than having to wait for ages for this to arrive.
I am also requesting a REFUND in FULL. This is taking TOO long. It was a Gift that I ended up having to buy them something else and I don't even own an iPhone.

You know this is getting ridiculous. I've had friends tell me how unreliable kickstarter projects are. For this project to be my first, and probably will be my last. You guys have again and again ran into problems left and right. Sure I understand not everything will always go your way. But you guys can't keep giving us false dates and hopes that we will get this product soon. At this point I've held off buying a new phone with more memory because I've been waiting for this product to come! So many new phones and new models have come out within the year that you got backed in July of 2016.
Whenever, if this product ever does come out, I really do hope you guys compensate for the time spent and loss for consumers. Cause again without us backers you probably would've launched years later.

It is now beginning of April and I am so excited to get my hands on this product soon! Should we expect a new survey to select our choices? Mine have not changed, I still have the same phone. However, many people have mentioned that they had a different model now.

Why cant you satisfy kickstarters first before retailers? Afterall, without kickstarters, it would have been impossible for your campaign funds.
Maybe you have yet to produce any products yet? Even though you said there is no problem with the production.
