Heading Toward the End

     Hey everyone!

Well, we've nearly reached the end of To Azimuth's Kickstarter. With 31 hours and $10,000 left to raise, things are starting to look a bit dire. We're going to stick it out until the end, because even if it is a long shot, it's still possible!

     Right?

     Right?

     Right.

At this point, it seems like a good idea to go over some of our upper-level tiers. We added them fairly late in the campaign, so not only are they more expensive, but they may have gone unnoticed. We honestly don't expect anyone to pledge at these levels, but if by chance someone (you?) is generous enough and excited enough about To Azimuth to support us further, they're an option. Here's what they entail:

$250 or More: EXTRA SUPER SUPPORTER

This tier has all of the rewards from the “SUPER SUPPORTER” tier, which are: A digital copy of To Azimuth upon release complete with exclusive prologue content, a digital copy of the soundtrack, the poster shown on the Kickstarter page, your name in the game, and special listing in the credits. This tier adds a second poster (with a design yet to be determined) and a physical CD of the game's soundtrack. The soundtrack will include a small booklet of art from To Azimuth.

$500 or More: SIGNED EDITION

Take the EXTRA SUPER SUPPORTER rewards and add a dash of handwriting. In this tier, you will receive a digital copy of To Azimuth with the prologue and the soundtrack, name in the game, special listing in credits, two signed posters (the one shown on the Kickstarter page and one with a design to be determined), and a signed physical copy of the game's soundtrack.

$750 or more: SCRIPT EDITION

This tier includes all of the “SIGNED EDITION” rewards (To Azimuth with prologue and soundtrack, name in the game, special listing in credits, two signed posters, and a signed physical copy of the soundtrack), but adds an extremely limited signed copy of To Azimuth's script. This will be a hefty tome, professionally printed and bound. It will be structured essentially as a “choose your own adventure,” allowing you to play To Azimuth without any of that pesky gameplay!

In all seriousness, though, this one is going to be cool. I kind of want one.

$1000 or more: ABDUCTEE EDITION

At our highest tier, supporters will receive all of the rewards from the “SCRIPT EDITION” tier (To Azimuth with prologue and soundtrack, special listing in credits, two signed posters, a signed physical copy of the soundtrack, and a signed copy of the script), but instead of simply having your name featured in the game, you will be included as an non-playable character in the game's story. We've combed through the current script/outline and found ten characters that we can reasonably do this with, without it being a shoe-horned “Hi! My name is [your name]!” NPC of no consequence. Instead, your (stylized) likeness and name will be used for a character that takes part in the story (meaning, more than a placeholder NPC with a couple of lines).

 Check These Out

With our Kickstarter nearing its end, we wanted to point out a few more campaigns that look cool, should you be looking to support other developers:

Hollow Knight

 Crossing Souls

 Americana Dawn

 Thimbleweed Park

 What's Next?

This is likely the last proper update for To Azimuth's campaign. At this point, we'll keep trying to spread the word as best we can in these final hours. We have a lot of ground to cover, and it's not necessarily looking great, but it can still happen!

Either way, this has been an amazing experience. Thank you to each and every one of you who has helped us out, whether it be by pledging or by just talking about the game, or sending us a message about how you're excited for To Azimuth. We're excited about it, too! Probably unreasonably so!

     But yeah. Thank you, everyone.

Hey Zachery, I love your project, and if this campaign doesn't work out, I hope you'll consider relaunching in the new year. I think with a little more exposure you could definitely reach your funding goal, and I'd be sad to see this game not come to fruition.
