Dear Backers,

We want to thank you once again for entrusting us with your hard earned money. We will never forget the overwhelming amount of support we received throughout the Kickstarter campaign. We could not have made this movie without you.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve wrapped principal photography on “Call Girl of Cthulhu”.

We apologize for not updating sooner. We’ve been working for several months around the clock to bring this slithery monster movie to life.

For a sneak peek at our production, check out these behind-the-scenes pics from set photographer, Josh Sisk. http://www.flickr.com/photos/joshsisk/sets/72157633917438645/with/8945377324/

Before we talk about what happens next, we’d like to bring everyone back up to speed on our production and the progress we’ve made.

The Horror Story Thus Far

Fifteen months ago, we launched the Call Girl of Cthulhu Kickstarter campaign.

Thirteen months ago, after 432 Backers donated, our campaign was successfully funded. With your help, we raised almost $28,000.

Seven months ago, we began filming.

Four months ago, we finished principal photography.

Presently, we have a rough cut completed. Director, Chris LaMartina is hard at work on an original score for the film.

What Happens Next?

Chris will continue scoring the film. Meanwhile, other members of our post-production team will forge ahead with the additional elements that go into making a finished film.

CALL GIRL OF CTHULHU IS A FINALIST IN THE H.P. LOVECRAFT FILM FEST SCREENPLAY COMPETITION!

We've just learned that CALL GIRL OF CTHULHU has been chosen as a finalist in the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival screenplay competition!

http://www.hplfilmfestival.com/news/2012/09/10/2012-hp-lovecraft-film-festival®-screenplay-finalists-announced

We've raised over $16,000 with 19 days to go. If we can raise $500 a day for the remainder of the campaign, we'll make our goal.

We are so grateful for your unwavering support. We truly appreciate everyone's continuing efforts to spread the word and promote our campaign. We've made it this far because of YOU.

And now, here's a message from Baltimore legend, Actor George Stover.

WE'VE REACHED 50% TO OUR GOAL!

WE'VE REACHED 50% TO OUR GOAL!

We're now 51% to reaching our goal of $25,000 and we have 186 people to thank for getting us this far!

We're so grateful for the outpouring of donations and support we've received. Thank you all for believing in this project. It means the world to us.

We still have 28 days of campaigning ahead and we have to keep working to reach our goal.

So, if you can pass along the Kickstarter link or tell a friend, it would mean a lot.

Now, it has come to our attention that a lot of folks still don't know who or what  Cthulhu is. So, with that in mind: here is my 5 year old niece, Harper to break it down for everyone.

PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO and help us continue to unleash a campaign of unspeakable horror across the internet. We can't thank you enough for your support.
