Unlike any other resisted training products, the Freq Reflex develops strength and ingrains it into perfect technique, rebalancing your muscles and tendons optimising movement to help you move better.
The inability to Dorsiflex means that when you run and jump, the foot drops before it touches the ground. This means the foot to lands in front of the body’s centre of mass, causing breaking forces which slow you down, increasing ground contact time as well as leg speed - highly inefficient for athletes or anyone that runs.
This also applies stress to the shins and hamstrings, leading to muscle tightness, pain and injury throughout the body.
By promoting Dorsiflexion the Freq Reflex helps you to use your tendons more efficiently, initiating tendon stretch reflexes and make ground contact closer to the centre of mass, activating muscles to work more efficiently. This makes you feel like you’re floating on air and puts a spring in every step.
Resistance bands available:
- 5lbs (Yellow)
- 10lbs (Blue)
- 15lbs (Green)
- 20lbs (Black)
- 25lbs (Red)
Each set of resistance bands comes with a pair of small, medium and large sizes to suit your individual size and needs.
You can use the resistance bands in different ways. For more assistance with dorsiflexion you can use the higher level resistance bands, such as the Red or Black bands. You can also use these bands for explosive exercises.
The lower resistance bands such as the Blue and Yellow resistances can be used to longer duration exercises.
Use the full range of bands to build strength and power or assist with the movement. You can even use all the resistance bands for different exercises, starting heavy and working towards the lower resistances.
The exercise plans available will give you lots of ideas and exercises, even guidance on which resistance bands to use, so you can get the most out of the Freq Reflex. These training plans also include exercise videos with instructions.

To reduce risk to the quality of production, we have elicited the help of experienced middle men. These middle men source, communicate and negotiate with manufacturers on our behalf, they also deal with quality control and arrange shipping. With their experience, network and expertise this greatly reduces risk of production quality and shipping capabilities.
