What is a prototype?

A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:

Ce système est une solution simple et efficace pour permettre a son drone une coupure générale des moteurs tout en maintenant l'alimentation de la carte de vol et permet le déclenchement d'un système parachute à l'aide d'un petit servo moteur. Il peut couper jusqu'à 8 moteurs. La possibilité d'y ajouter (en option) notre système d'éjection dynamique de parachute pour les drones de plus de 4kg notamment.  L'énergie d'éjection du parachute se fait via un ressort. Les systèmes répondent aux exigences de la DGAC pour l'usage de drone.

Principe de fonctionnement du 2SCMD :  

- En configuration de vol normal ; la carte 2SCMD récupère les signaux à la sortie du contrôleur de vol pour les retransmettre aux différents variateurs. Le système se comporte donc comme une rallonge de servo.  

- En configuration d’urgence ; la carte va stopper l’envoie les signaux aux différents variateurs et va ensuite leur envoyer un signal pour que les moteurs s’arrêtent.  

- Une fois le signal d’arrêt moteur effectué, le servo va recevoir un ordre afin de libérer un système de parachute puis un buzzer avertira les personnes que le drone est en difficulté. 

Le tube de déclenchement de parachute dynamique de Multinnov est en option et permet de répondre aux exigences de la DGAC pour les drones de plus de 4kg en utilisant ce même servo.

Spécifications complémentaires: 

- Poids système 2SCMD sur le drone SANS l'option:136 grammes.

- Poids système 2SCMD sur le drone AVEC l'option:700 grammes.

- Test de transmission hertzienne, alarme de niveau bas batterie Rx/Tx, liaison de télécommunication cryptée AES128 sur fréquence libre.

This system is a simple and effective solution to allow it's drone a general engine shut down while maintaining the power supply of the flight card and allows the release of a parachute system with the help of a little servo motor. He can cut up to 8 engines. The possibility of adding (optional) our system of dynamic ejection of parachute for the drones furthermore of 4kg in particular. The energy of ejection of the parachute is made via a spring. There systems meet the requirements of the DGAC for the use of drone.

Functioning principle of the 2SCMD: 

- In configuration of a normal flight; the 2SCMD card gets back the signals at the exit of the flight controller to broadcast them in various variators. The system then behaves as an extension lead of servo. 

- In emergency configuration; the card will stop sending signals to the various variators and then is going to send them a signal in order to stop the engines.

- Once the engine stop signal is done, the servo is going to receive an order to release a parachute system then a buzzer will warn the people that the drone is having difficulties. 

The Multinnov dynamic parachute trigger tube is optional and can meet the DGAC requirements for drones weighing more than 4kg using this same servo.

- Weight system 2SCMD on UAV WITHOUT option:136 grams.

Risks and challenges

Les systèmes sont entièrement fonctionnels. Mais les boîtiers sont actuellement en impression 3D, ce qui ne donne pas une qualité professionnelle. Le financement permettra de produire les pièces avec une qualité industrielle. Ce défit permettra de lancer cette Sart Up qui regorge de plusieurs idées dans l'environnement du drone et d'autres.

the systems are fully functional. But the cases are currently in 3D printing, which doesn't give a professional quality. The financing will allow to produce parts with an industrial quality. This challenge will allow to launch this Start Up which abounds in several ideas in the drone environment and others.
