Aventr was founded with the mission of creating products and services that supercharge workplace engagement and culture while reducing turnover.
We believe that employee engagement and positive company culture are the by products of happy people.
Happster is our software platform, and it's built on the principals of positive psychology. Forget everything you've learned about annual reviews and pulse surveys, think HUMAN, that's Happster.
Since its inception in 2015, the team at Happster has been entirely self funded. No fancy incubators or big name investors, just a full-time, lean team of 3 in the forward-thinking microcity of Easton, PA.
Though Happster is nearing completion, our team's dwindling financial resources have placed extreme constraints on our product development, marketing and promotion efforts. We're reaching out to you for help.
