Gary Games Is Now StoneBlade Entertainment & New SolForge Gameplay Video

Things have been incredibly busy here leading up to the holiday season, and we have a lot of exciting news to share! We have two big announcements to for you today, and even more coming soon. It's a good time to be a SolForge fan!

Gary Games Is Now Stone Blade Entertainment!

We've come a long way here at Gary Games since our humble beginnings as the publishers of a then-unknown game called Ascension. Thanks to our incredible fans, Ascension became an enormous success, and propelled us to the position we're now in making SolForge. As Justin Gary, Stone Blade Entertainment CEO and founder, said in the press release announcing the change, “Gary Games was founded with the goal of gathering a group of awesome people to make awesome games. Changing our name to Stone Blade Entertainment aligns with this vision, because now our name will be awesome too.”

Things have been coming along incredibly well with SolForge, and we're at the stage that we want to share that progress with you all! We have an all new gameplay video available, with a full game walkthrough narrated by Brian Kibler. We're incredibly proud of the progress we've made in how the game looks and plays, and we hope you enjoy this fresh new look at SolForge and share it with all of your friends!

More to Come!

We have even more exciting news coming soon that we can't quite share with you yet. Be sure to keep checking back here and at our website, and follow us on Facebook and Twitter so you don't miss anything!

Demo is looking cool, nice quick games, should make for a great game to play when I only have a few minutes.

@William- the beta is not scheduled until March but we are working hard to get it sooner- and we have some cool surprises in store for our fans and backers between now and then.

Meh. I don't think there was anything wrong with the old name or logo. But the games will still be awesome, and that's all that really matters.

    8. Mike Becker on

Can't wait to play the game in beta. I really enjoyed playing the demo at PAX and look forward to great work in the future.

The game is looking really great! I find myself getting-into CCG games on the iPad more and more lately, so this is VERY high on my wish list. Can't wait for the beta.

If you need a relative CCG newbie who's willing to test it A LOT, I'm your man. :-)
