Our Kickstarter campaign is over. Thanks to everybody who has joined us or will join in the nearest future! Please remember that we at Moroz Publishing are always in contact and would be happy to answer any of your questions – both here and at BoardGameGeek!
Late pledging remains possible via PayPal for the next few months. Just drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will explain what has to be done to join the secret society of owners of Supervillain. This Galaxy Is Mine! Kickstarter Edition.
The Galaxy is an unsafe place for a Villain of your kind. Over and over again your global domination ambitions get shattered into pieces — blame those fanatic superheroes for this!
Now everything is different. Former ‘guardians of the mankind’ have quarreled into pieces, squabbled, and perished into thin air. The horizon is clear, so your time has come. The time of an ingenious and merciless Supervillain!
Hm, actually – just a Villain yet. You struggle for control over the Galaxy with other Villains (your buddies – but this is to be left in the past soon). You build Secret Facilities that provide you with supreme powers and launch Asteroids to bring chaos and destruction to miserable planets of other Villains.
Hundreds of millions of devoted Minions serve you. They are your construction force and invaluable resource for covert operations! The only issue is that the Minions aren’t too smart. But under your wise leadership, they will bring you the title of the Supervillain and victory in the game!
The most regular question is “why did you choose to go with Kickstarter?”. We spent working nights and sleepless days digging for an answer and finally we are eager to tell you that... no, not that! It would be too crazy. This:

Next, you may play Supervillain on TableTopia for free. Of course you have to learn the rules first! TableTopia is a great service to play board games online. No AI – alive and breathing game partners required! Use Safari, Chrome, or Steam. Dear Villain! Your turn consists of the morning, day, and evening. Let us tell you how you normally spend that time!
You have your morning cup of coffee and relax watching how your Asteroids hit their targets. It is quite possible that some Asteroids kill enemies’ Minions or even destroy their Secret Facilities. This makes your morning especially pleasant. In any event, for each Asteroid you get one Minion card.
Then you take another Minion card because you get new Minions all the time. Next, you take a Domination card and make an important decision whether to leave it as a Project to be built later or launch it as a new Asteroid.
Time for some serious stuff. Freedom to act! Two card decks are used in the game: Minion and Domination. Let’s start from Minion cards. You can play those as Minion Ops to implement your sinister plans or inflict harm to other Villains. The lower part of a Minion card provides a description of its abilities.
Or you can play Minion cards on your Projects in order to build those. The upper part of a Minion card shows how many millions of Minion manpower it provides. Yes, you operate not by mere hundreds, but by hundreds of millions!
Projects and Asteroids are taken from the second – Domination – deck. A Project is completed when the number of millions of Minions on it (they are called 'Mobs') becomes equal to or higher than its construction cost. When such a glorious event occurs, you discard all the Mobs from the Project and rotate the card horizontally. Now it is your Secret Facility!
Projects have special abilities. Some abilities are in effect even prior to the completion of the Project, while others are triggered upon its completion. But of course, the Secret Facilities possess the coolest supreme powers!
Many Secret Facilities enable you to wreak havoc and mayhem of epic scale! In addition, these bring you Domination Points. Upon gaining 5 Domination points, you become the Supervillain of the Galaxy and – just an additional nice bonus – win the game.
This is just a basic narrative of the game. Your possibilities are literally unlimited, while each card in the game is unique. The game allows you to pull out crazy combinations, capitalize on the opponents’ weaknesses, and use every situation to the maximum.
Almost forgotten! Everything is simple: discard extra Minion cards to have not more than 7 of those on hand. And finally, have some rest watching how another Villain is trying to implement his/her plans!
Supervillian. This Galaxy Is Mine! is a joint project of Moroz Publishing and Rightgames.
Rightgames has been operating since 2002 and published plenty of great games. Moroz Publishing (moroz = frost) has rocket-launched in 2014 with the “Board Games with a Soul” motto engraved on its board. Its purpose is to open doors to the most original and unordinary games.
Meet the primary villains:
Anton is the mastermind behind the game, while Den is his evil spirit who’s constantly suggesting changes and twists in game mechanics, yells “this cannot be, it’s unbalanced!!!” and spoils his life in all possible ways.
Sasha Remizov has invented the unique appearance of the Minions and built an enormous number of Secret Facilities on paper. Lately he has been joined by Sasha Chromov who added his original style of total destruction in every brush stroke.
Nik has enriched the game with stunning design, while Igor created layouts for all that chaos and designed this Kickstarter page. Lev has greatly contributed to the polishing of the rules and other texts.
The game has been created with the involvement of WW Creative Studio and zillions of brilliant people from Moroz Testing Ground Club!
Each Villain would be grateful to you forever if you spread the word about this campaign on social networks. Use the secret SHARE button in the upper-right corner of this page.
Tell THEM that plenty of mini-expansions are available here and Kickstarter may be the only way to get this nice, fluffy, and kind-hearted game. Period.
In addition, if you share this campaign, your Asteroids would always hit the targets, evil plans – come true, while your hair would be always clean and silken – Rapunzel will die of envy.
Keep in touch!
Risks and challenges
This is our third Kickstarter campaign. The previous two products – Swords and Bagpipes and Merchanical Dice Towers – were delivered within the estimated periods and even earlier, with only few shipments coming slightly later. Yet there are some risks you must be aware of.
First of all, we are doing our best to avoid adding tons of new exciting content to the game (this always consumes more time than expected!). We promise to keep ourselves well in hand. After all, we must leave something for the sequel. We had earlier promised you pink ponies... just kidding, just kidding! Blue ponies would fit better.
The game is 99% ready and tested million times. Each Minion was personally interrogated prior to the campaign start. Each facility was built, and destroyed, and rebuilt hundred times. The Asteroids have scorched three tablecloths. We expect everything to be completed 100% in a month or two.
Next... who knows what may happen! We promise you one thing. If we somehow fail to ship everything on time, a video is to be uploaded showing Anton eating in public at least 20 game cards. With ketchup. (A potential stretch goal idea: 30 cards to be eaten. But this stretch goal seems too sad, especially for Anton.) So, we have no choice but to do everything on time!
Speaking seriously, we are going to make our very best to produce the game at the highest level of quality and deliver it to you right in time. We have years of experience in publishing, are more than familiar with any potential obstacles, and know how to overcome those!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
