Final project update

After a long road and lots of hurdles, I regret to inform everyone that we will be unable to complete fulfillment of the mPrinter project. After both your generous support and a large financial investment of my own, it's simply no longer possible to complete shipments to backers.
I truly appreciate everyones support over the last few years.

Repeating it here: Almost 3 months and no response, so assuming that the battery refund offer wasn't genuine. Ventures fail all the time; but I think what will be judged in the long run here won't be the failure itself but the (mis)management of it.

I just sent that to some blogs and media outlets and will continue to until we get our refunds. I suggest everyone do the same.

Between Aug 14 2012 - Sep 13 2012 (30 days) Andy Muldowney scammed 706 people out of $88,018 with most backers paying $125 for a printer that never arrived. He has lied to his backers via updates to try to appear as if he had production issues or "hurdles" as he put it, and recently he posted a 'final update' telling backers that
"After a long road and lots of hurdles, I regret to inform everyone that we will be unable to complete fulfillment of the mPrinter project. After both your generous support and a large financial investment of my own, it's simply no longer possible to complete shipments to backers."
Kickstarter's terms state that
"Project Creators are required to fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund any Backer whose reward they do not or cannot fulfill."
There is a lot of discussion on the kickstarter page that you will find interesting. Please give this coverage, Andy Muldowney scammed people out of $88,018 and should not get away with it.

I want my refund. You are obligated to refund every person that you didn't fulfill. You are such a pussy Andy, you really should just man up and deal with this problem before it gets out of control. People here have been posting your wife's facebook page, companies you work for and times and dates of events you will be attending for fuck's sake. Are you that stupid that you don't understand that there are people that will never forget this and who will never let you forget it either? Give us our money back.
