Greetings!

We want to thank each of you for helping us reach "15% funded" in the first week of our Lonesome No More 2018 programming on Kickstarter. Please continue following and helping to spread the word of our ambitious goal. We will continue to offer Kickstarter Live updates and new options within the rewards. We have some big announcements coming that we believe you will enjoy!

And now for our first Reward Update!

We are extremely excited to offer something new at the $500 level, and add this reward to those who have already given at the $500 level. Drum roll, please...

In addition to all the great perks at the $500 level, KVML is adding  one of two amazing books by Kurt's son and KVML Board Member Mark Vonnegut! That's right, the backer may choose to receive either The Eden Express (1975) or Just Like Someone Without Mental Illness, Only More So (2010). Even better, Mark has agreed to sign the book for each backer!

Each book is a must-read memoir of Mark Vonnegut's travels with mental health and mental illness. From a recent Psychology Today blog post: "Among the best-told stories of mental illness are two memoirs by Mark Vonnegut (son of Kurt Vonnegut), who suffered several breakdowns in his 20s, and another as he approached middle age. ... For those interested in understanding major mental illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, I recommend his books highly."

And don’t forget, you can always add to your existing pledge if you have already pledged but would like to receive one of Mark Vonnegut’s books.

Thank you and stay tuned for more videos, announcements, and gifts!
