The End #1 Remastered Edition Kickstarter

                              THE END #1 REMASTERED KICKSTARTER

I have a Kickstarter going for my comic book, "The End #1" doing a remastered edition of the files, changing, editing, etc, so they can be the final way I want them to look for the final print run and any future print-to-order copies, as well as all future digital copies.  Please give it a look:

Mechanaflux #4 Kickstarter

I am attempting another Kickstarter.  Though the tone and art style for this all-ages fantasy couldn't be more different than stories about the end of the world, I am posting this in case anyone is interested in other types of stories I have done.  I hope you will give it a look.

Also, please spread the link around on your social media sites if you enjoy the concept to help get the word out!

'The End' Kickstarter Was Unsuccessful

sThanks to everyone who donated to The End, but it has not reached it's goal.  If you want to still purchase these issues, you can find them on my website at, where they are available for digital download at iBookStore, Amazon, and Comixology, as well as physical copies at IndyPlanet.  However, if anyone still wants any comics, magnets, or prints through me, you can send me a personal emaiI and I can do PayPal and ship them to you.  I will also be selling them at conventions through 2014 and 2015, such as Baltimore Comic Con and Anime USA this year.

Unfortunately, since I didn't get funding, nor do I have the money, Issues 4 & 5 will most likely be the last two issues for a few years, instead of 1 issue a year like I normally released them (and due to my previous Kickstarter's failure, I'll have to cancel another project that was in the works).  I'll get to the graphic novel to collect issues 1 - 5 in 2015, for a release in late 2015 / early 2016.

Despite the fact I spent 3-4 times as much effort into this Kickstarter compared to my first one that actually succeded, it did not reach funding.  I do not feel I have enough followers on my social media, know enough famous people with multiple followers, know enough ways to get my Kickstarter on major websites, or have a large audience for my website, so I doubt any Kickstarter will be successful in the future, so this will be the last one.

If you would like to keep up to date with my future projects (including any The End updates), please send me your email address, and I can add you to my mailing list.  Thank you again everyone for your support.

Artist Spotlight: Kathleen Parker

Kathleen Parker is the artist for the last story of The End.

Here, one man decides that the only way to escape the coming destruction is to go so deep underground that he will be unaffected by the destruction above.  He talks to himself and plans how to live life after the fall of civilization.

The End #1 Premieres On Comixology Today! (May 21st)

The End #1 is now available on Comixology (

It's taken a long time, but it is finally available.  I'm excited to finally get this series on such a major platform, and hopefully get it seen by hundreds, or even thousands, or people. I never realized I would be able to get the series this far when I started all those years ago writing the first script.   Eventually, all 5 issues will be up, and I look forward to getting the series out to the world.

You will also notice that my company is called Padraic Productions.  I liked the alliterate name of it, plus I'm pretty sure no one out there is using Padraic in any sort of entertainment media form.

Rewards update:

I have removed some rewards that stated 2 - 4 items, as most people have only chosen to get a single issue or print, or chosen to get all 5; there is really no in-between.  I have done this so people who find the Kickstarter can easier read all the prizes available as quickly as possible, as so far I am not near enough from the goal as I want to be.  If someone was wanting these rewards I have removed, they will still be available during the whole Kickstarter, and are still posted in the image under the Rewards section, but are not posted in the right Rewards column.
