      Hi Jan,

Is there an email address I can contact to ask for a refund? I wish you guys the best but I think I'd prefer to drop out of this journey with you guys and have my money back.

      Hi Travis,
I understand your frustration, as we are equally frustrated and impatient to start shipping the Omni. I promise you that you will be able to run in a video game, and I believe you will be highly satisfied with the final product we are about to start shipping. Please bear with us during this final stretch. Thank you for your support.
      Best regards,
      Jan

So, what I am understanding is that I am not going to have me feet on the Omni until 2016. "Start production later this year" means that the assembly line hasn't started pumping out Omni's yet and if they haven't even started making the first omni's then how exactly are they going to start shipping at the end of this year? Is there anything that's going to get thrown in for making us wait 2 years beyond original shipping dates? I don't want to sound ungrateful but I feel like I am not the only one who is more than a little frustrated that we don't have even a tentative date of when we are receiving omnis. The Omni's aren't in production, the tooling isn't complete, and no hard dates have been set for anything. I don't want a refund, I don't want it to be rushed so that we get a bad product, but I want to run in a video game like I was promised I could in 2013.

      Hi Thomas,

To clarify: while we intend to start shipping this year, it will take us many months to deliver our entire backlog of more than 4,000 units. Making the "machines that make the machines" is an enormous amount of work; while you may feel that we are not making real progress, we are making tremendous progress each day and each week, and we are following a rigorous schedule to get the more than 100 custom parts of the Omni into production. We remain on track to start production later this year, and you'll be the first to know about it. Thank you for your support.
      Best regards,
      Jan

Another update wherewhere it feels like you're saying "more injection moulding stuff, more injection mold stuff to do but we're nearly there". Feels like the same story on productionproduction every update with no real progress. I don't mind the delays, but would prefer if you would say "we've not made as much progress as we wanted to since last update, here is when we think we can launch". Realistically I'd like to know if you think you'll ship many units in 2015 as you're now saying you'll still be testing injection moulded stuff in November - that's not leaving much room for error if you want to ship before next year.

And can't wait for GloveOne to work with you!!! Saw they are talking with you

I don't mind the delays. The Omni has to kick ass to bring VR forward, so I'd rather wait a couple of months longer and get a great product.
      Thank you for your dedication!
