One of the most popular topics on Twitter right now seems to be whether or not to leave Twitter. Abuse runs rampant on the “microblogging” platform, and every day I see complaints that its moderators aren’t keeping harassment and bad behavior in check. I have seen many of my peers overtaken by oppressive mobs, with little recourse to protect themselves. I also see (or at least read about) conservative users who believe their posts are being suppressed by the platform.

Perhaps it's the advertising. Perhaps it's the politics. Perhaps it's the brutal harassment and paper-thin protections for users. Perhaps it's the Nazis. Whatever your personal reason, you've come to the conclusion that it's finally time to quit Twitter.
