In late 2014, Srikant Chellappa was having dinner with his mother-in-law and her friends. After a cordial dinner, Srikant was driving home when the thought crossed his mind, "What if all of those grandmothers were murderers and no one knew it?" Grandmothers Murder Club was born, and two weeks later the story was fleshed out on paper. When the producers, Dan Byington, Brian Jun and Kevin Lewis, read the script for Grandmothers Murder Club, they knew that this story was something special.
They became laser focused on bringing that amazing script to screen and shot the film in July 2015 with our stellar cast. The footage we captured is even darker and funnier than we ever imagined. We are so close! We just need your help to give this hilarious film filled with murder and mayhem the post-production work it deserves. Thank you for your contribution and helping our dream become reality!
Grandmothers Murder Club is nearly complete! We need to raise money to pay for the following:
