Hi, my DVD is unreadable; can you send me another one?
Any interest in making the Japanese and French release of this DVD?
      Let me know about both.
      Kudos and thanks

I received my copy of the DVD today, watched it and enjoyed it very much. You all did a great job on it.

Ummm, am I the only one who sat there thinking that the overhead shot of the Kenner complex was the surface of the Death Star until the text overlay came up? LOL

Hi, Todd. I'm glad you're so enthusiastic about the film! We're currently in the final stages of the edit and we're still looking at the September finish line, as we wrote in the last update we sent out. I know it's frustrating when the deadline gets pushed back, but as much so as it is for you, it's even worse for us. We can't wait to get the film into the hands of fans and collectors.

Have you caught the 13-minute Sneak Peak video we released over the summer? It should give you a taste of what you can expect from the final documentary. You can find it here:

Once again, we appreciate your vigorous interest and support, and look forward to getting the documentary into everyone's hands as soon as it's finished.

      All the best,

so, when are we getting the DVD's???

Excited about the update. My question for the con is. What is you fav figure of all time?

Hi, Todd. I'm not sure if you saw the last update I sent out. Thanks to a number of interviews that landed in our laps, we've pushed the release date back to early next year. We decided that it made more sense to create the best film possible, as opposed to sticking to somewhat arbitrary deadlines. While it would have been fun to release Plastic Galaxy this year, we just couldn't pass up the opportunity to add two more Kenner employees to the film.

We're absolutely moving forward, and I think the end result will be well worth the extra few month's wait.

      All the best,

More power to your elbow! Long overdue that someone made a documentary about the greatest, most important part of Star Wars ... THE TOYS!!!!!!! I've been hooked ever since my late Father bought me Luke and Han on Palitoy cards back in 78, ah the memories *sigh*

Hey y'all. My name is Lisa Stevens and my partner Vic Wertz and I have a rather large Star Wars collection that is one of the ones featured in this documentary. Of course, I needed to get a copy along with the three t-shirts, being a completist and all. Curse you Steve Sansweet for infecting me! :) Glad to see this finally making its way out Brian. Don't make us look stupid in the interviews. :)

Good luck Brian! I'm really excited for this project.

I met Brian at the JediCon in West Virginia last October. He's a great guy, very passionate about his film and Star Wars toys. It was a lot of fun talking to him and I can't wait to see this movie! Now come on down to the ANS Sci-Fi & Comic Con in La Plata, Maryland, Brian! You can plug Plastic Galaxy there, too!

T-shirt sizes can be left in the comments box. ALSO, I'll be sending out an announcement when the time comes to confirm shirt sizes. Don't worry -- no one will be left squeezing into a tiny shirt, or swimming in a huge one!
