We are so excited to share our first original art update!! This time, we are featuring the gorgeous art of Tiffany England! Tiffany created this beautiful series of watercolor paintings featuring the mermaids and world from her story - The Diver - she created for volume 3 of Encounters.
"Follow the threads of those who came before; let the barnacle-guide escort you through the delicate phosphoresce to the bed of the midnight Algae. Gather what you can, for you must count your way across the depths until you reach our ocean-river sister."
All of her beautiful watercolor paintings for the book are for sale on her Etsy store - so if you would like an original piece of art from the book - please go take a peek at her store! It is filled with gorgeous work! We decided to separate out the original art from the Kickstarter this year because we felt strongly that each artist should get 100% of the profit for their own art and the cleanest way to do that is to showcase their work and let you go directly to them! :) Below are the links to Tiffany England's store as well as links to each individual painting.
And if you love her series of paintings, also consider adding the print package 'Artist Series' to your pledge! You will get a print of each of these 6 paintings for only $35! Think of how lovely they would all look hung together in a room!
And this print add-on is available to you for any artist in the book - you will get the whole series of paintings by one artist from the book for only $35! This is an incredible price that only lasts for the Kickstarter, after which, the artists will be selling their prints for a much more standard price. To add the 'Artist Series' print package to your pledge, just click manage pledge and add $35 to your total - it's as simple as that. And when we send out the surveys, you will get a menu with each artist's series to choose from.
We will be showcasing another artist and series of paintings again soon! So if you are looking to get some lovely original art with your book this year, keep an eye out! We have so much gorgeous art to share!
