Previously trained as a shoemaker, i took an extreme change of direction after having my 3rd child and started baking!
I sold my cakes at producers markets and food festivals for 3 years prior to opening the bakehouse.
I have built the shop up to what it is now.
Two and a half years later and I now employ 6 staff and have a 5 star hygeine rating!
We have a LOT of regular/faithful customers who tell us all the time they LOVE what we do in our little space, and our afternoon teas are one...
