Sweet Dreams Cakery needs your help!
Gone is the time of buttercream covered cakes adorned with big frosting roses. We have reached the level of creativity in the world of cakes, where a cake doesn't have to look like a cake, but perhaps a life size figurine, an erupting volcano, or something to replicate a special time in your life. Cakes are full of motion, music, and yes, pyrotechnics!!! I continuously push myself with every cake I create, to make each one bigger and better than the last.
Georgia law requires that baked goods must be produced in a commercial kitchen, one that is separate from your main living kitchen. As a hobby baker, I began creating cakes for friends and family, and even have a facebook page and website showcasing my work. It is time to turn my hobby into a profession, but I need your help.
FUNDING: With $10,000, I will be able to file the documents necessary to obtain all licenses and permits. I will also be able to rent a commercial kitchen space to produce all of my delicious desserts, and purchase a delivery vehicle that is necessary for delivering my sweets and treats around the city.
The more money I raise, the less dependable I will have to be on investors. The more independent I am, the more control I will have over the quality and authenticity of my product . The better my product is, the more satisfied you will be!!!
