Sprai Apparel: The newest of the new, that pulls from the best of the old, and promises a reinvention of clothing.
What Is "Sprai Apparel?"
Sprai Apparel is a lifestyle based off of the Colorado front range ideals. It started with you in mind when we were struck with one form of inspiration; street art. Our designs slowly evolved from those endless supplies of color, shapes and metaphors until we were certain that each piece was truly original and held it's own value. Similar to the signatures that artists leave on buildings, bridges and trains, we strive to have our own form of recognition. Sprai Apparel is about the ability to impress an entire room simply by walking through the door. We grew products based around the wearer of each garment, because the truest thing beyond bare skin is the clothing that covers it.
When Sprai Apparel was started, I was making t-shirts in my parents basement and sold them out of my freshman dorm room the following months. As I moved into my own place, I started creating an inventory in a makeshift office, joined up with some friends and have been running Sprai from there ever since. Now it's time for us to take Sprai Apparel to the next level and because we are on a college budget, we need your help!
We are turning to Kickstarter to help launch our 2014 Line which will introduce:
5 New Shirt designs (4 T-Shirts, 1 Collared Shirt)
2 New Sweatshirt Designs (One Hoodie, One Off-The-Shoulder Sweatshirt)
1 New Zip-up Design
3 New Snapback Hats
The money raised will go towards:
Cost Of Apparel
Cost Of Printing (Set-up fees, printing, labor, etc.)
Cost Of Shipping-
Amazon Payments 5% fee and Kickstarter 5% fee
Having A Small Inventory That Will Help Us Push Into Local Stores
Any money above our goal that is raised will go towards renting an office space/warehouse to move our operations as well as marketing and promotions!

Jena Liskey: General Manager and CFO. Jena started working for Sprai Apparel two years ago and began working on marketing and management. Since then she has moved into a management role, and is taking charge of financials. Jena will be graduating this May from Colorado State University with a bachelor degree in business. She has a double concentration in marketing and management, with an emphasis in supply chain and entrepreneurship.
Trevor Roeger: Director of Social Media and Marketing. Since Trevor started working for Sprai Apparel he has been running all of the companies social media sites as well as marketing the company extensively. After transferring to Fort Collins from Fort Lewis in Durango, he is continuing his academic career seeking a degree in marketing, with a minor in small business management.
Kelly Turner: Photographer and Design Consultant. Kelly began doing photography work for Sprai Apparel when the last line came out, and has done all the photography work for this Kickstarter campaign! She recently graduated from CSU with a bachelors degree in photography and a minor in apparel merchandising. Her apparel background has been influential when discussing design concepts for the new line.

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
Our biggest risk after our project is successfully funded is getting our printers to complete production on time. We have had problems with this in the past but we believe that we found a company that is dedicated to helping us with our vision. If this situation were to arise, we would have back up options of companies we have used in the past and production would just take a little longer than expected.
Our biggest challenge is going to be getting everything ready to be shipped if we exceed our expectations. Since there are only 3 of us, it will take a lot of dedicated time if our campaign more than doubles our production expectations. If this does happen, we are ready to put in the time and we will have to notify backers that the shipping may be delayed by a week or two, but we will get it done and we will focus on doing it right the first time so everyone receives the quality products they pledged for.
After our campaign has ended, we will send out a survey for you to fill out that will include size, style, etc.
