Hi,

My name is Graham Hamilton and I am a working actor living in Los Angeles. My producing partner and fellow actress Jaimi Paige and I are here to raise funds to produce and star in Philip Ridley's Tender Napalm, a play that has been lauded throughout London and New York as a gorgeously rendered and singular play.

Tender Napalm tells the story of two lovers struggling to reconcile their relationship in the face of disaster. As their individual coping mechanisms trigger each other's despair, the young couple lives out the play in a series of wild fantasies, transcending time and space in a violent and sexually charged tapestry of what was, and what is to be. Funny, brutal, and surprisingly touching, Tender Napalm is unlike anything you've ever seen.

Jaimi and I have obtained the exclusive rights to produce and perform in the west coast premiere of Tender Napalm. Under the direction of Edward Edwards we will present this piece at Six01 Studio located in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles.

We are thrilled at the opportunity to present this incredible play in such a unique space. We have a fantastic team of collaborators who are eager to lend their talents, and we look forward to creating a truly remarkable evening of theatre.

Risks and challenges

The primary challenge in producing live theatre is financing, and it is truly the last piece of the puzzle for us. Even with a team of tremendous artists, all the talent in the world won't provide the necessary equipment and means needed to fulfill our vision.

We have been developing this project for several months now. We have endured consistent setbacks, from performance negotiations with our union to the seemingly unending search for a Stage Manager, whom we finally found and brought on board last week!

At this point, everything is in line for us to open on March 1st and all we need is your support. We've each invested countless hours and precious funds to arrive at this moment. All we're hoping to achieve with this campaign is the opportunity to pay for what is fast becoming the greatest artistic endeavor of our careers.

Without you, this kind of theatre doesn't exist.

With you, Los Angeles will experience theatre like never before.
