For those of you who haven't (yet) had your own project on Kickstarter, here's how it goes: Each time your project gets a new backer, a nice little email comes into your inbox letting you know that someone believes in what you're trying to do and is willing to open up their wallet to prove it. It's really quite nice. To be honest, however, in the last couple of weeks those nice little emails haven't exactly been overwhelming my inbox.
Starting on Monday, though... BAM! It's like someone flipped a switch. Actually, it's like some awesome bloggers featured Chalktrail - which is exactly what happened. And although we've still got a big hurkin' hill in front of us if we're going to hit our funding goal by April 15th, our hope has been renewed. If we can keep the steep, upward trend of the past two days going for the next four, we may have a shot.
As we've known, and had reinforced in the last couple of days, it's all about the eyeballs. More people seeing and learning about Chalktrail = more backers. So please continue to help us finish strong (CRAZY STRONG) by spreading the word to anyone you know who might have a bike, scooter, child and/or inner child.
And most importantly, whatever happens in the next four days, to those of you who have supported Chalktrail and gotten us to where we are - THANK YOU!
