We here at the WAEA would like to have an originally composed musical score and drill written for the students to perform in fall 2012.
Now that we have hit the mark in such a short time why stop here. I will continue to fish out those great people who would like to donate to a good cause. Every dollar we raise above our goal still goes to the program and will be spent on making it better for the kids. Remember $2,200 is only 5% of what it costs to run this program annually. We can do so much more if we had the extra funds. Help out these great kids who deserve it. (below is the original description of the project)
This past 2011-2012 season for the Workman Arts and Entertainment Academy marching and color guard program was very successful. It is our aim to take it to new heights.; This fall the WAEA Stepped into field competition for the first time in over a decade. In their first time out we swept 1st place in all captions in our division.
This is a great start. But now we need to go up. Higher and better.
This year we would like to have an original score and drill composed and designed and tailored for the WAEA to give us the competitive edge.
We hope to raise enough to accomplish this project and have it ready for the 2012 fall season.
All funds raised over our goal will still help support the WAEA's fall field program. So the concept is that we can raise more, but not too little. If we go over there are many things that those funds can go to make this program even better.
Thank you for supporting the Arts.
The money you pledged towards our group will only be charged shortly after March 30th. So please be sure your accounts have sufficient funds. We would hate to have any surpizes come at you unexpectedly. Thank you for your pledges and remember that this money will be taken from your acount around the end of march.
