East Bay Express Review and Sabur Franklin

Here is our July 4th review in the local firestarter for your BBQ.

We also have a sous chef now Sabur Franklin.  He and Chef are really cooking/collaborating together brilliantly with the direction of dinner happening before the end of the month.  It takes time folks, much more time then we imagined.  We also have the pleasure of having part time Adam Strahle(who also works at Mezze) who is creating some wonderful desserts and working the sandwiches for lunch.  These guys are making us so much better. See the little experiment below -- yum! Grilled daikon with a dashi gochujang broth in progress...

I am still hoping that many of you will come by to pick up your rewards.  T-shirts kimchi soju...
