Reviewed on Day One and Two
We did not expect to get reviewed the first two days of opening. Most critics wait at least four to six weeks before reviewing which gives everyone the chance to work out the kinks. But we have no control over that. We will get better day by day. Our goals now are to develop the outdoor sitting area; focus on dinner service at least on Saturday night; we need to find another cook and looking for a baker to create morning coffee service along with some desserts. Put the word out.
