      Really disappointed. I loved the concept, but the battery life is painfully short. I charge it up, but it doesn't last very long before I have to plug it back in again. I have messaged them about this, but no response. Money wasted on this one! :-(

      OK, finally got my cuff without getting any response on the tracking no. So far , the sound quality seems OK but the design wise, the wire is too short to wear it comfortably, and needles to squeeze the wire back into the cuff, as 1 wire will be too long to fit into the cuff.

      Ive been really patient about this project but now im starting to get sick of this. I get no answers on my questions, no update about any shipment. In the meantime i already bought me some good wireless headphones. I wish i could get a refund.

      So after my initial positive impression giving the headset a go, while I still love the concept the execution appears to have some issues. I haven't even opened the second unit I bought, but here are the problems I'm seeing:

      - Battery life: Painful especially for phone calls. My first use involved listening to music for over an hour without any issues but after turning it off and trying to turn it on later, the thing was dead. After using it a couple more times for short calls, I would turn it off, and then an hour or two later, try to turn it on and it was dead again - very odd. Tried the hard reset I've see folks mention here yesterday, then fully charged it. Used it for a call and the battery warning started beeping about 30 mins into the call until it died a few minutes after. I'd like to say this is just a defective unit, but given the other folks complaining about the battery, I'm not so sure.
      - Charging port: Definite Design flaw. Come on AC team, I shouldn't have to hunt around for tweezers and eyeglass scissors every time I want to charge the thing! And this issue is further exacerbated by the battery life.

      AC team, we can follow up on email if you have any other suggestions on a remedy.

      Got our two cuffs and they look great, although the black blemish doesn't match the black you show on the website. But not a big deal.

      Question, I've tried to charge the Cuff before my first use. It's been plugged in for over three hours and won't accept a charge. I can turn it on when plugged in, but as soon as I unplug the cuff, it dies. I've read about this on the message boards happening to other people.

      How do you do a hard reset. I'm hoping it fixes the issue.

      Just looking for a generic update on the shipping process? It seems many backers started receiving their cuffs a while ago, while many people are still left in the dark. The post tend to be cryptic and not really useful for the consumers to have been patiently waiting.

      So it's even a little over three weeks since I reconfirmed my details, having already confirmed them once by email, and I've heard not a peep. I understand that there are a lot of us and production takes time, but you originally quoted that my cuff would be shipped by the end of June.

      I know kickstarters tend to take longer than quoted, and I'm always willing to wait patiently when kept updated, but given the number of comments found here with the reply of "thanks for your question. It seems like we don't have your shipping address on file. We have sent you a message in regards with your Helix Cuff shipment. Thanks" I am beginning to feel like the delay is due to something we haven't been told about.

      If there is news I, we, or otherwise can be furnished with, please, just tell it.

      Honesty, clarity, this is all I'm asking for.

      The battery life can only last for a few mins, pls exchange another one for me. So poor quality control.

      finally got my helix cuff
      very excited...
      charge it straight away.. use it for about 15 min - 30 min turn it off
      the day after turn it on, after 15 min, dead....
      i thought ahh i didn't charge it long enough, so i charge it again,
      same thing. i emailed Ashey Chloe... they said tried to reset it and fully charge and use it
      guess what, same thing happened again...
      and they said, charge it and used it without turning it off..
      i tried that... only last for less than 3 hours
      and they came back saying, it's only last for 3 hours...

      i complained again, you can't just give me a simple answer
      "With regard to your concerns about battery life - the battery in the Helix Cuff is rated for up to 2-3 hours of use, but with the nature of Lithium-ion powered devices, this also varies with different factors that involve use. Volume would definitely be one of these factors.
      In your case, it seems your Helix Cuff is functioning normally with 3 hours of playtime. "

      haha... such a great answer...
      also.... it says i can use it in 10ft... i put it on my back pocket of my cloth... haha.. there is so many distortion when i use it for riding my bike.
      great sucks expensive product....
      i bought this expensive cuff for $124 incl shipping,
      1. i had to wait for a looooonnngg time
      2. the sound is no better than my made in china cuff
      3. the design of it, i have to actually bed my wire for i can close it... the magnet for the headphone, as if it will close properly..... i don't want my wire to be broken of course... that's why when you got this headphones, they didn't put your headphone on the bracelet.
      4. the bracelet is heavy, not fashionable at all..

      I WANT MY MONEY BACK....
