I have not received a tracking number and I have checked all the folders in my email. I tried contacting support 2 times and have also sent an email to a different address but I got no response. I can see that a number of people have the same problem so we would appreciate an update.
I am backer #154. I have a tracking number that doesn't work! I also responded to the survey on time. I've sent 2 emails to the support team with no response. As of now, its been 34 days and I haven't received my Bixi yet. Even if the DHL issues have been sorted, I should be able to track the package (based on the responses below, DHL issue was fixed by mid May and its been 15 days post the fix). Could someone from the support team please respond? Thanks!

@Joseph try playing around with it to see if it's a problem like mine. On my ipod 6th gen all gestures work fine for music but only once I start the music on the ipod. I've never had to redo that unless I unpair the bixi. They're still working out kinks.
@Gerard, @Daniel - We will start integrating Hue from June.. So Hue functionality should be available by end of June.
@ Michael - Switching profiles is working normally from our tests on iphones and ipads. We haven't tested on ipods. Please PM on details of your model and OS version.
Insta-pause - Please send us a short video if possible
Travel-Mode - Yes, sorry for the bug, it is working the first time but something corrupts when activating it multiple times. We are looking into it.
Turn-off - Please look at our quick-guide page video on how to do the 3 -click to switch-off.
@Wonderwazek - :-) yes, but you can move you hand naturally as well, no need to be too concentrated to use Bixi.
@Wonderwazek all of my gestures are being detected properly, as in the LEDs on the bixi respond properly, and the app gives me a notification that it detected a gesture, but until I start the music manually from my ipod, the gestures don't result in any action on my ipod, except for volume and change profile. Once I do that, all the gestures work fine. I haven't been able to get instant pause to work at all, though. I also can't seem to turn it off (the 3 button press thing just resets it) and with no travel mode, it is literally always on and detecting and I can't do anything about it.
I mean, it works for what I want it to do for now, but it could use some improvements and fixes.
Oh and instant pause doesn't seem to work. The centre LED just changes colour after a few seconds and doesn't do anything else, and gestures still do things afterwards.

@Bronwyn - For now, Apple is not permitting. If the new OS version this summer brings new capabilities, we will for sure look into it. We are thinking of re-mapping that gesture on iOS to 'Mute' music.
@Lyle - Yes, we noticed a bug in the travel mode. Sorry for that. For now, you can use the 'Instant Pause' feature that we mentioned in the last backer update.
Hello, I received my package today, trouble is I only received one bixi, I backed at a level to receive two, I'm curious what happened. Maybe I missed an update somewhere but I don't think so
Admittedly, I did not open the box, but I ordered 3 bixis. The one box is labeled black. Will there be another delivery, or is it just the one box . Thank you.
@Bronwyn - It is available in Android only. You can set it in the 'Preferences' side-menu.
@Lynda - Sure, in future, rings will be made available separately. You can change them easily.

Got my Bixi package! ( Same comment below Aaron. ) I thought Turquoise color is more lighter than darker. @Creator, Wondering IF in near future, if we can buy a different few rubber colors to switch since this can be interchangeable. Would be that great for special limited time offer. Can't wait to try it out tonight.
Just got back and tracking has mentioned my bixi has been delivered to my office. Unfortunately it is a national holiday in my country. will collect it tomorrow and let you all know how it goes.
Would need some help. Not sure if this is normal but I set my LIFX lights as bright daylight and I hardly use the colors. And I did not preset any colors during the setup process. However when I use Bixi to turn on any lights it switched my lights to warm and not my usual bright daylight.
@Bixi thanks for letting us know. The last comment about the situation made it seem as if it was going to be resolved and DHL information would be available in a day or two. Crossing my fingers it's going to be fixed in DHL this week. Please post again by the end of the week if it doesn't happen to be. I do understand things like this happen.
Fortunately my experience with Bixi is going very well and I am enjoying using it.
Unfortunately the wall mount magnet is useless as it does not stick to anywhere in my car. Comes off in minutes. The adhesive used is weak.
Solution: I will try attaching it by buying 3M double tape.

I've got to say that I'm pleased with the packaging. After having gotten numerous things from Kickstarter/Indiegogo and the packaging as well as the item itself has been atrocious, looking like it was thrown together in someone's garage.
Bixi packaging looks professional and like something I'd actually want to buy in a store. The item is well packed and looks exactly like it does in the campaign pictures - which is nice. Yet to take it for a test run, but pleased so far.
@Aaron, others:
We are facing unforeseen issues due to lithium-ion battery transportation. Bixis were held up by DHL due to some missing battery info. that we have provided now. Hopefully this week the shipping should resume.
We will keep you posted.
@Ali - Yes, we didn't ship extra magnets in this shipment, but since we made the default magnet inside the Bixi box extra strong, it can be very easily used for Cars as well

So I still don't have the DHL tracking in their system...I think we need a full Update sent out to everyone to explain the situation. Including any timelines, estimated or actual, for the shipper and DHL to resolve the issue and have our Bixis on the way.

Does anyone else here agree that the Bixi basically doesn't work at all?
I keep getting a confirmation message that a gesture has been detected...but then nothing happens.
Seems like kind of a waste in my opinion.

When will we see Hue support for iOS? Half the reason I got bixi was to use it with my lights. All it says it's feature coming soon in the app.
