The end is nigh!

Hey team --

Great news! I got the signed posters back from John today, along with the 10 hand-drawn stills from the movie. I'll be getting these out this week, once all the tubes are addressed and such. I believe the other original art has all gone out, so with this, all rewards should be out. If you haven't gotten yours, please drop me a line and let me know. Thanks so much!

Books and stuff are (mostly) out!

Hey everybody!

You SHOULD have your DVD by now. If you don't, it's because I either skipped you somehow, or I didn't get your address. So, please send me an email if you haven't gotten yours yet, and I'll get it out to you post haste.

The original artwork is going out in the next week to ten days!

The posters are finished, and look INCREDIBLE! Zak's gotta ship 'em to John, and then John'll sign them and get them up to me. So, still a little delay, but I think worth it.

Thanks again everybody -- things are going well! We've got folks interested in setting up a bunch of European show dates, which is pretty great.

I'll be joining John for a bunch of the West Coast tour, and then back home.

Thanks again all!

Interview about the movie + DVD update

Hey team --

MOST of the DVDs have gone out. With the exception of the 10-12 folks who haven't filled in the surgery, and the 15ish international orders, we're caught up and on schedule. That means MOST of you should be receiving the DVD shortly.

I should get the rest out by the end of this week, at which point I'll also take down the free Gumroad link, so if you want to download it, or watch it online, you've only get a few days left.

Meanwhile, I was honored to be Tom Spurgeon's 'Sunday Interview' this week. If you don't read 'The Comics Reporter', I highly recommend it. Tom's one of, if not the, best comics journalists working today, and his writing is fantastic. We had a great conversation, and I was blown away at how we picked up on many of the subtle things I was trying to do with the movie.

Anyway, if you've got a few minutes to kill, and want some of the background on the movie or to just 'hear' me ramble on, check it out  here: :http://www.comicsreporter.com/index.php/cr_sunday_interview_dan_stafford/

Thanks folks -- and, if you don't get your DVD in the next week, but HAVE filled out the survey, let me know.

Regards,

Dan
