Frequently Asked Questions
Eastwood Slider Belts come with a standard strap size of 44 inches. If you have a smaller waist size you can easily use the clap on the belt buckle to remove the belt strap and adjust it to your appropriate size. It's easy and really just takes a few seconds.
If you're a big guy with a bigger waist size, rest assured, you can still wear an Eastwood Slider Belt. For such guys, you can get a customized belt length of up to 50 inches or less. Yes, 50 inches!
Once the campaign funding is over I will send each backer a survey to get their individual information. At that time if you would like a larger belt size you can inform me and I will have it manufactured for you.Last updated:

The material for the belt strap and belt buckle are the same for all the belts. I've selected a full grain leather for the strap that goes with a high grade steel plated buckle. The belt buckles are solid and the quality is good.. I'm sure the backers will be pleased with the result.Last updated:
I'm working on a women's Eastwood Slider Belt style. But for this campaign I plan only to fund the men's belt line. But if you want more information about future women's belt styles, make sure to join the campaign and stay in the loop for future updates.Last updated:

If you want to have your Eastwood Slider Belt adjusted before I send it you, you can include your waist dimensions when filling out the survey at the end of the campaign and I will make sure during the manufacturing period the belt is cut to your selected length. Otherwise, all belt straps will come with the standard size of 44 inches.
Also, manually adjusting the length of Eastwood Slider Belts to fit a smaller waist size is also quite simple. You can use the clamp on the belt buckle to release the belt strap from the buckle. Using a pair of scissors you can then cut the end of the belt strap to your appropriate length. Please note, I will include a short manual with the belt to give instructions about how to properly adjust the belt strap length.
If you have a large waist size and need a longer belt strap, please refer to FAQ #1 on this page labeled "How does the belt sizing work? Do you offer bigger belt sizes?"Last updated:
The designs on Eastwood Slider Belts are set using two different manufacturing processes.
For the BUSINESS SET belts (Maplewood and Midnight Black), a thin layer of paint is applied to the leather and pressed to create the striped zig-zag design.
For the CASUAL SET belts (Sandstone, Serenity, and Timberline) a thin layer of material that looks like cloth is used and pressed against the leather strap to give the belts their unique color and look.
The durability of the belts are quite good. The feedback I received from those guys that tested my belts, along with my own use and observation, is that the belts, even with daily use, should be durable and last for a long time.Last updated:
As I mentioned in the Risks and Challenges section, once the funding period is over, granted everything goes smoothly it will take around 6-8 weeks for backers to receive their new belt(s). I will have 3-4 weeks for lead-in time with the factories for production and 3-4 weeks for the order processing, buckle engraving, packaging, and shipping.Last updated:
