Living Space is a 130-page comic about a space museum janitor named Norma Abernathy. She lives a relatively solitary life in Seattle, content to be a loner. Her life comes to an abrupt halt when she learns her mother has passed away. Determined for closure, Norma leaves on a road trip with two complete strangers, Shaula Wasem and Phoebe Gita.
On Norma's journey, we see the struggles of trying to exist in a living space outside our homemade habitat. Living Space contains themes of mental illness, LGBT romance, life transitions, and anxiety of being in the open.

Risks and challenges
This is my first book in my comics career, so understandably I'm very anxious. I'm nervous to put my art out into the world, but I'm proud of the work I've created. With your help, this will be my first step towards creating more inclusive comics.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
