Unfortunately, we can't make any promises about this yet. As an extremely small development team (er, just the two of us) making this game in our spare time, we simply don't have the resources to support a lot of different platforms on launch. We've been able to commit to iPad and Windows PCs, since we have both of those builds running right now.
The good news is our codebase will run on a lot of platforms, so the only major obstacle in porting is getting our augmented reality library working on different devices. As far as we know, nothing will stand in the way of an Android release, we just haven't had time to investigate this yet. (We also don't own an Android tablet; getting the hardware to make this possible might become a stretch goal, if there's enough interest.)
The bad news is our third-party AR library does not currently have an SDK for Mac OS, meaning we would have to find another solution for that part of the project. We haven't yet had time to investigate what our options are here thoroughly, and probably won't until post-release, unfortunately. We'll post updates if our information changes.
