Thank you for your support!

Hi Guys,

First of all, a huge thank you for believing in and supporting the Run Rwanda project. As you'll see, unfortunately we didn't reach our fundraising goal but Run Rwanda is still very much alive and kicking!

We learnt a lot from launching our first KickStarter campaign and in all honestly probably under-estimated what we needed to do to make it a success. The Run Rwanda project will still be going ahead in August this year, and our objective and ambition remains to develop and publish a Photo-Book, that brings to life the journey and local entrepreneurs that we meet along the way.

On other fronts, it's an exciting time for the Run Rwanda initiative. We've had one of the world's leading running brands sign up as an official sponsor and we officially launched Run Rwanda at an event at the Impact Hub in central London last week. Training and preparations will continue leading up to our departure on the 30th July.

We'll also be re-launching the KickStarter campaign in the Autumn, once we have a draft design for the book and the photo-story in place. We've had so much interest and positive feedback on Run Rwanda, and I remain optimistic that we'll be able to bring the project to life, post run.

If you'd like to follow our progress out in Rwanda this summer, you can do so at and on Twitter: @RunRwanda.

We'd also love to hear from you if you have any feedback on the KickStarter campaign. What do you think we could have done better or differently?

Thanks again for your support!
