Oh yeah, that was definitely a surge!

For those who can't watch the video: we have gone from 57% yesterday morning to 83% this morning! Woot!!! Yesterday morning it felt like maybe this wasn't going to happen. Today it feels like it couldn't possibly fail. It ain't over til the diva soprano gets her solo, but I can definitely hear her warming up in the wings. :-)

So, four days left and $729 dollars left to raise. I know we can do this. Going into the weekend is always a slow time for kickstarters, but it would be beautiful if we could make one last jump up to 90% before Friday is out... We're actually closer to 84% than 83% so to hit 90% we'd only need about $275. Can we do it? Only with your help, but that's been true all along. You guys are my superstars, and the response we generated yesterday is clear proof of our combined power!

Below are some of the promotional Haiku that I've been tweeting and putting on facebook. Some of them are more serious and plot related, most of them are stupid gags to try to get people to laugh and repost them. Feel free to reuse them for your own social media. I'll include the short link for the project as well. Let's generate a final buzz that people can't resist! :-)

Again, sorry about the weird spacing. The autoformat in these updates adds an extra line whenever you hit return. Anyway, keep an eye out for a video update with details about how my revision process works sometime in the near future. In the meantime, I have some college recommendations to write for some of my former students and I'm doing a volunteer gig tonight and tomorrow night so you may not hear from me again until Sunday. We shall see.

Thank you all for your continued support! Hope everyone is staying warm and dry!

That was a pretty good update video. You're a little animated in it, which is almost always a good thing.
