Our catering company is expanding into an old home that will house a cafe, market for local vendors, upscale deli, and an event space.

Our Concept

We are a full service catering company dedicated to utilizing local & organic products for all events. Having been in business for two years, we have successfully grown each year and need to move into our own space in order to continue growth.

The main building will house a café, catering kitchen & retail marketplace. The café will serve breakfast & lunch items and can be used for private parties, dinners & other events. Our marketplace will showcase local artisanal products including our own line of jams, mustard & preserves, house cured meats along with breads, pastries, cheeses & other locally sourced products from area producers. We will also have a deli selection of seasonally prepared salads, soups, entrees & other items. The marketplace area will contain an espresso bar featuring locally roasted, fair trade coffees.

The site has an extensive backyard area, which will be renovated to house a patio, event space for outdoor parties & receptions and an onsite organic garden which will provide the restaurant with fresh produce and herbs.

The money that we raise will go toward refurbishing the kitchen & purchasing furnishings necessary for opening the doors. Any leftover money will be used for landscaping of backyard area and initial planting of an onsite organic garden.

A note about our rewards: all of the products that you receive are homemade. We have a line of products that was first started at the downtown farmer's market in Nashville with seasonal jams, mustards & preserves. Our current offerings are as follows, but may be slightly different when rewards are sent out due to their seasonal nature:

Balsamic Onion Marmalade, Whole Grain Mustard, Blueberry Mustard, Brandied Cherry Jam, Hot Pepper Relish, Roasted Tomato, Fennel & Lavender Ketchup, Tarragon Mustard & Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves

We also cure and smoke our own bacon, which is locally sourced from Wedge Oak Farms. This is available at the $250 level and up and is a great product; we will be offering more items like this once the store opens.
