ECOAC is the first desktop air conditioner that allows you to both cool down and heat up the air in your immediate surroundings.
ECOAC is very eco-friendly compared to other coolers. It uses absolutely no GWP coolants that pose a threat to the ecosystem. It doesn’t require constant clean water refills and won’t cause high humidity in a confined space. It dissipates the heat into the water in the tank rather than the air in the environment. The water can be used for washing, keeping food warm or be reused after it cools down to the room temperature.
Better than evaporative coolers which could take 10 minutes to get the full cooling effect and have poor cooling effect in muggy days, ECOAC works immediately and effectively even in high-humidity environment.
You can adjust the temperature level using the switch. Click once and rotate clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the temperature.
The switch slao enables you to adjust the built-in fan speed to get the most comfortable condition. Click it twice and rotate clockwise to up and counterclockwise to lower the fan speed.
With improved aerodynamics and the lack of compressor, ECOAC creates an equally pleasing experience to your hearing. It is ideal to use in a quiet environment such as your bedroom and office.
ECOAC also functions as a Bluetooth speaker that can connect to your mobile devices and play your favorite tunes while air conditioning.
It is so small and portable that it can be used in any environment.
ECOAC is a thermoelectric cooling (TEC) system using the Peltier effect to transfer heat from one side of the device to the other, with consumption of electrical energy, depending on the direction of the current.
The global warming is intensified over the decade and the decrease of carbon dioxide emission is generally acknowledged as the most efficient way to slow its pace.
During my early days studying in Canada in 2007, I was deeply impressed by the absence of summer there because the warmest period was less than a week and the temperature was rather moderate. A/C was certainly not a life necessity back then. However, in 2018, Montreal saw 70 deaths suffered from acute heat wave strikes and A/C therefore became indispensable appliances. Traditional A/Cs use refrigerants that cause greenhouse effect thousand times worse than the equal amount of carbon dioxide, aggravating the global warming.
This motivated me into designing an A/C that is environmental friendly. Based on my 10 years’ academic and practical study of fluid heat transfer, me and my team spent over 2 years in market research and product R&D, ECOAC is finally born as the outcome. It is a desktop A/C that deploys TEC (thermoelectric cooler) without using any refrigerants nor generating any thermal pollution. It will efficiently upper/lower the microclimate temperature in the shortest period of time without causing discernible changes to the surrounding air humidity.

Minller, Ming has many years’ of experience in industrial design. He is the director of more than 30 design projects ranging from consumer electronics, equipments to conceptual design. He designed for prominent enterprises including CNAC, 360, Xiaomi, Evergrande, etc. He has won three Red Dot Awards in 2017-2018.
Rock Tang has over 10 years’ experience in structural design and processing industry. He is conversant with a variety of processing methods and mould design. He once worked as engineering supervisor and research director in Foxconn Group and Xiaomi Ecological Chain.
Lynn Zhuo has 10 years’ experience in industrial design and 3 years’ in product manager. She worked for many medium and large enterprises and Xiaomi Ecological Chain.

Our products ECOAC have been tested and are scheduled for production. Planned delivery begins in August in limited quantities.
