About this project
The story follows a nine year old boy named Jesse who idolizes his Dad and loathes his Mom. When he goes to work his Dad at a used car dealership he sees him having an affair with another woman. This flips Jesse's world upside down and forces him to re-evaluate his perspective of the world.
It is a simple yet compelling story that delves into the relationship between how we choose our rhetoric and what we choose to do with it. It is a point in Jesse's life where he realizes that the world is not so black and white. Where, for the first time he analyzes the information at hand rather than just repeat what he has seen. In many ways this movie does not indulge in the "imagination" of a child but focuses on the birth of a critical mind.
" I do not mean to over praise, but teachers often get to see the nascent gem. This is what I see in Sam."

When and how will I get my reward?
After we hit our deadline on April 1, Kickstarter gives us a nifty program to create a pledge-specific questionnaires to email all the backers. We will ask for all relevant information to make sure you get what we promised.
It is a three day shoot that requires enough funds to provide for camera, crew, locations, food, and post production. Any help we can garner will be much appreciated. It's a nine minute short film that we feel will be festival worthy and well worth your support. Lets make a great movie! Thank you!
