I posted this comment in an update, but I'll post it here too!:

I'm going to post an update soon but the books will be here August 16th. I have a few expedited copies and they are really awesome and have met and exceeded all my expectations! I've had the t-shirts screenprinted and they're here at my place. I'm ordering the stickers and magnets and they should be here about the same time as the books. Some friends are going to help me with shipping once the time comes so yeah, hopefully everything will get shipped out from August 16th through the end of the month! 8)

Hey man! How's everything coming with the book? Are you still looking good for a December delivery, or do you need to push things a bit later? Very much looking forward to seeing it.

@benzrf Yes, I will be putting up a pre-order page soon. Kickstarter backers will still get the book earlier than anyone else and get to be on the "THANK YOU" page of every book forever (among other things backers selected at various reward levels.) Also the Stretch Goal rewards at some point will probably be separate from the book, but I think for initial post-Kickstarter orders they will be included with the book. Those are my initial plans, the pre-order page should be up in the next few days and there will be a blue button on the Kickstarter page to direct people to it.

will it be possible ever to purchase any copies of the book after the kickstarter is over?

@Chris Townsend Haha the next project I'm planning on doing is for Mage Tower, though it will be for the digital version (which does have a released alpha build with a ton of cards.) If that goes well the physical version will be later. I am planning a whole new thing for the new digital Mage Tower project, new simpler rules and graphic design as well as a storyline. It's gonna be cool!

Release the card based Mage Tower expansion next you bum :-D

@wolf pupy BOXES DON'T DO ANYTHING will probably be in the book, but I don't think GRAPE SODA will. I'm getting a lot more data from posting all the comics on Tumblr and Twitter so that may influence what comics make it. I have an excel file where I rated every comic with a personal rating and wrote how many likes they got on the website, and when I add in a Twitter and Tumblr data (using that + personal preference) I'll make a final decision!!

    11. wolf pupy on May 30, 2016

hope to see my favorites 188 - BOXES DON'T DO ANYTHING and 104 - GRAPE SODA in the book, if not it is okay i can just print them out and glue them in.

@Whitman Schorn Haha yup every comic and joke was designed to lure people into backing this Kickstarter 12 years down the line. The first comic where the guy gives the other guy a bag of potato chips? That was to influence people into thinking "Giving other people stuff is good" so that they would give to the Kickstarter later. Got you! 8)

Holy crap you mean all those free comics you made a decade ago was a LONG CON!? You got me good mister.
