A book of sights and sounds from a season long trip to every MLB stadium from Opening Day --> World Series. Baseball = history.
A memoir from a season long trip across the United States and Canada where I will visit every single MLB stadium from Opening Day through the World Series.
The book will be filled with memories, sights, sounds and history from each stadium and game I attend. As well the communities and culture that surround each stadium.
There is and will be no other book like this.
How you might ask?
I am currently employed and have been employed by a pair of Major League Baseball teams as a videographer. On top of that I have also worked for a daily newspaper publication. Pairing these two things together will make this book special, as I use my insights from working within the walls of a stadium, and my skills to interview and report to add incredible detail into this project.
Some things to look forward to: Opening Day at Fenway Park with the Boston Red Sox, and their World Series ring presentation.
All-Star game at Target Field in Minneapolis.
MLB Post Season coverage TBD.
World Series coverage TBD.
The funds will be used to help plan, book and successfully travel to every single MLB stadium from Opening Day to the World Series, including the All-Star game and several different playoff series.
Each stadium and town will get their own chapter in the book. They will then be rated based on a few key factors: the towns look, the ballpark’s atmosphere, the price of concessions, as well as special features and amenities.
After the trip, the funds you donate (Thank you in advance for your generous donation!) will also be used to help write, edit and publish the book, and get it to such retailers as Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
My plans for publishing the book will be through CreateSpace.com which is an Amazon company. I will use Expanded Distribution which offers the opportunity to access a larger audience through more online retailers, bookstores, libraries, academic institutions, and distributors within the United States. Expanded Distribution will also improve discoverability of my book across all the channels. Regardless of whether or not I included my title in Expanded Distribution, all CreateSpace titles can be distributed through the Amazon.com, Amazon Europe and eStore channels.
My publication will be an order to publish book, and will always be readily available in stock through Amazon.com and their services.
As far as the copies go for backers, I will purchase all of those and mail them out by hand to include offered services described in backing plans.

The risks and challenges that come with completing my project include day games after night games, seventh inning stretches, rain delays, double headers, extra inning contest, walk off wins and history making moments.
