About this project
" I may have been last in class but that doesn't mean I can't fly first class"- Entrepreneur Label
We are a team on a mission to change our environment with a creative form of fashion called Entrepreneur Label. We live in a neighborhood where many individuals lack the desire to achieve success or accomplish great things. However many of those same individuals who lack motivation take pride in the things they wear. We figured we could tap into the lives of those misguided youth & adults through means of fashion. Thus, the idea Entrepreneur Label was born! A clothing line infused with symbolic images & phrases designed to inspire, motivate, & encourage individuals to achieve success and ignore failure at all cost.
How far along are we:
Recently we have incorporated a couple of high school students to help design some items of the clothing line. We even asked for the help of some elementary students to include some vibrant ideas. We not only want to design fashionable clothes but we want to make a difference in our community. Although we have many designs on hand such as t-shirts, tank tops, jackets, jeans, formal wear, ready to wear clothing and so on, sample plus production cost are very high over our heads. With our budget we have managed to produce custom made "Inspire" caps. These caps incorporate the ideas of some of our local high school as well as elementary students. The caps contain the "Entrepreneur Label" logo, and a brief message on the back, "Poverty <" , " Ambition>", and "Dreams>". Meaning we are all greater than poverty and Ambition & Dreams are greater than all else. The caps have become very popular among our community and a trend within surrounding high schools & universities.
With the help of Kickstarter we want to produce a mass line of clothing with many symbolic phrases for this UPCOMING SPRING!
To keep the community involved as we search for funding we have constructed buttons that we pass out freely at local parks and just about any where we think people will gather.
Why Entrepreneur Label? Why now?
The answer to the question is simple, Why Not? At the moment we live in a society where people need to be motivated, inspired and encouraged! Our unemployment rate is too high, we have students who feel college is a waist of time due to high interest rates on student loans, and inner cities are still the hub for violence, crime, & drugs. Each person wearing Entrepreneur Label plays a major role in their community. Whether its a "Inspire Cap"(Snapback) encouraging individuals to overcome poverty or a simple pin reassuring personalities that success is right around the corner. We are certain we have a tool that can touch the world in a way they have never been touched before.

DONT BELIEVE WE INSPIRE ENTREPRENEURSHIP????
Risks and challenges
From day one its been a struggle to bring the dream to live. However, we eat, live, and breath business. We love spending long hours on our project and we work collaboratively to get the job done. Of course we work day jobs to cover our lively needs but all other time is spent on Entrepreneur Label. As entrepreneurs there is nothing more important to us than working for ourselves. We take all our deadlines seriously and we continue to incorporate innovative ideas with our label.
Upon receiving funds from kickstarter our label will take off immediately, we have already designed various products for both women and men. At this point we just need that extra push to make these products come to life. About 2 years from now we see Entrepreneur Label opening its first store in a local mall in our area.
Along with the label we have a mission to inspire the world to one person at a time. Recently we hosted a speaking series at one of the most troubled high schools in Newark, NJ. We gave free hats to about 20 students along with a free presentation in regards to doing the right thing and entrepreneurship.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
