Matt, I've sent these informations on July 2015. Since then, I've sent 8 messages without any answer. I've received floppies and that's all I've got.
Of course Mathieu I would never deny a refund request. Go ahead and email me your info. I will gladly refund your money out of my own pocket even though I've already sent you 3 shipments from LA -> France and my understanding is you've received 2 of the 3? But I am totally happy to pay you a full refund. I want 100% customer satisfaction and I know this has been difficult and run into a lot of delays. Cheers and thank you for having supported the project.
Matt, I've asked repeatedtly for my pledge and without any answer from you than "I'll check", I clearly want a refund. No original art were ever sent.

Hi Trevor- I haven't stopped returning messages. Did you fill out the online form for deliveries? That's helped me fill in the gaps with folks who didn't receive rewards. The documentary is indeed a reward that has had its own unique problem and that particular reward hasn't shipped yet but I'm aware of the issue and we just recently came up with a solution for that which I think everybody will be into. As soon as it's definite I will check back in with an update on it (very soon). I know it's been a crazy long time and I apologize for the delay, doing the best I can. Thanks!
Does anyone know if the documentary even got made? That would go a long way to explaining why Matt has stopped returning our messages.

Hey Matt, I'm sorry, but I really am frustrated by now. We exchanged PMs from 21st-24th of July in which you stated you're "going to try and get through all the messed up shipments this coming week". Since I haven't heard anything back since then, I wrote another PM about a month ago inquiring if you have found my parcel. I got no response. Hey Matt, I've been waiting for your reply to my PM for a while now, and just checked back here, so I might as well follow up. I did receive the softcover -- I forgot about that, my mistake -- and I filled out the form for unreceived rewards on the day you sent it out. Maybe the confusion is that I needed the change my screen name from my actual name to an alias...but I've clarified that several times, also.

I am in the same boat. Filled the unreceived rewards from out a few months back and still have not received my signed/numbered hardback.
I filled out the form in March, then again a couple of months later, but not received my hardback book or com-plimentary DVD. Any news?

The printer is still working on the hardcovers (which will include your limited/signed/numbered).
Because it's taking so long we sent you the paperback as well for free. You didn't pay for that, we just sent it to you because we don't want you to keep waiting. It's in addition to what you paid for. It's not replacing what you paid for.
Sorry for the confusion.
