Reward Update

Posted by Pete Pin (Creator)

Dear friends,

I have been working with the Magnum Foundation designing the $25 booklet gift. Our friends at Conveyor Arts sent the first test, and I just received it in the mail today. I’m excited to share this with you. We began with paperclips and tape. Gradually, we placed our images into InDesign, and sent it off to New Jersey to be printed.

The finalized version of my booklet will include 8 pages of 4X6” images and a 13X19” foldout poster of my grandmother with my writing. Each copy will be hand folded, cut, and editioned with care. Below are images of the different prototype versions we made. In the next stage, we will be designing the insert with the audio tracks! I will keep you posted.

If you have not yet supported, consider backing the project and receiving this reward. Also, I will be speaking at The Half King with Brenda Ann Kenneally, a photographer who I greatly admire. Join me at The Half King on Tuesday, September 18 at 7:30pm. More information here,
