The United States
The container is at the San Francisco warehouse being processed right now. We are told that this should be finished by next Wednesday. We are also told that ALL orders shipping out of this warehouse will have shipped by next Wednesday.
You will be getting an e-mail with a link to your tracking number as your package leaves the warehouse, and you can then watch as it draws closer to your house.
The container is apparently arriving at the German warehouse in the first week of December. From there, it will take 7 business days to finishing processing and shipping the stuff out. Again, when your package leaves, you will get an e-mail with a link to the tracking number and can watch your package zoom across Europe to your home.
Sadly, Canadian customs, in its wisdom, has decided to do a double- and triple-check on Cthulhu Wars. The cost for this are borne by Petersen Games, and you can guess how much we like that. Anyway. It is stuck in Customs, and they will not tell us when it will be released. Write your MP a stern letter, I guess.
Once Canadian Customs has finished playing with the cool pieces, then it will be released to the warehouse, and then it will take 7 business days to get processed and shipped. As packages leave the warehouse, their owners will get e-mails with the tracking numbers to (of course) track the package.
We are told that the Australian ship will be arriving at the warehouse this Friday (November 27). It will then take 7 business days for all the packages to ship out. As they do, the owners will receive e-mails with tracking numbers for said package.
The Rest of the World
For everyone else, either it will be shipped from one of the sites above (for instance, if you are in Norway, it will come from the EU; if in Mexico, from the USA; etc.) or it is basically similar to the other areas listed above - it is either IN your warehouse, or shortly to arrive there, and then it will take 7 days to process. Whether you get a tracking number in an e-mail or not I believe depends on your nation. Most will do so.
Wait I need to change my address!
Sadly, it is now too late to change your address, and has been for some time. You have two choices:
1) when you get your tracking e-mail, it will contain the name of the shipping service being used (for instance, in the USA it might be USPS, Fedex, or UPS, depending on your area). Contact that shipping service immediately and tell them how to forward the package.
2) get an affable neighbor or whoever now lives at your old digs to pick up the package for you and forward it.
