Interesting theory Derik. One could assume that if that's the case changing it to, funds will be used to make inventory, might solve the problem..

This is the third project I've seen cancelled without any explanation. Your project is clearly creative. Every project, however creative, needs inventory.

lets just hope that is not the case!

I have a strong suspicion that they'll base their suspension claim on the statement on the project's main description states "Funds will be used to buy inventory." which taking that statement all by itself goes against one of their policies. Going back to another project I saw "Suspended" one of the remarks Kickstarter gave the creator was:

Projects on Kickstarter must be focused, creative endeavors and cannot be used to raise funds for purchasing and reselling goods.

It's a nightmare of gray area because It's so incredibly vague, but in essence, could be applied to a huge number of projects out there right now.

I know there was creativity and some pretty strong thought process put into these, it's not like anyone can go out and make some one-way illuminated see-through material. I really think it was someone just being picky about some wording used, as they're hypocrites if they want to pin that excuse on this project when countless others have gone through.

I guess they can get picky after a couple of major hauls they recently made or are making.

I hope it was just some mistake. I am way bummed that this was cancelled.
