An interview with Jay Chandra: who is W?

Welcome to the third update to this project Kickstarter!

Today we have a guest: Jay Chandra, W's best friend and tech provider, who will tell us something more about W.

Kickstarter: "Jay, I will start right away with the most intriguing sentence in the campaign description: There's mystery in her life. What's the mystery in W's life? And do you know how she acquired her powers?"

Jay Chandra: "You go straight to the point, don't you..? Well, unfortunately I cannot tell you how she acquired her powers, because I don't know. And I'm not sure she knows either..."

K: "What do you mean?"

J: "Well, the official version, the only one I honestly know of, is that she woke up one day with powers she had never had before."

K: "How can it be?"

J: "To be honest with you, I don't know, and she doesn't understand it either, that's why this bothers her so much. And this is why she's so hardly looking for an answer."

K: "Do you have a theory, Jay?"

J: "I do, but it's a very dumb one: someone must have kidnapped her one night, run some experiments on her, and brought her back to her room in the morning."

K: "So what do we have here: did she get bitten by a radioactive spider...?"

J: "No, for sure not: she can't produce any type of web from her wrists, or any other spider-related crap."

K: "So did some Government agency enhance her powers? Did she use to be all skinny and small, and now she's all beefed up?"

J: "Nope, she's still pretty skinny, and she's always been quite tall..."

K: "But we've seen a picture of her, in her mask, and she looks quite beefed up to me!"

J: "Well, that's all thanks to my suit."

K: "Right, your suit: your tech-filled suit that conceals her female body shape, right?"

J: "Right. That was her idea, but my implementation." (chuckles)

K: "Why do you think she wanted a suit that altered her body shape? I mean: in today's world it sounds at least strange for a woman to dress up as a man to do any job, especially one with such a high visibility. Don't you think so?"

J: "She felt that she could look scarier to bad people, if she looked more muscled, stronger, and all dressed in black. Once she told me she didn't want to look like those comics from the '70s, where female superheroes walk around half naked. Also, it's really cold in New York at night during winter, so being half naked was not an option."

K: "I see, so she must be a very practical person, right?"

J: "Yes I would say so: we graduated in engineering together, she's a pretty practical human being."

K: "And so why do you think she decided to become a superhero? It looks like a very dangerous and impractical job to me. Was it for the fame?"

J: "You will have to ask her: she's very private on her personal choices. Now I really have to go, I apologize."

K: "Thank you, Jay."

And you stay tuned for more insider's secrets about W.
