If you wish to upset the law that all crows are black, it is enough if you prove that one crow is white. - Williams James
A few years ago, I was directed to an interview with a man called Damien Nott.
Of course the first thing that threw me was Damien appeared to be normal. Very normal. Sure there was the usual video sequences of blurry things in the sky that normally bore me to tears, and I was about to turn the video off…but if I had of, it would have been one of the gravest mistakes in my life.
I saw something in one of the clips that intrigued me. I watched it over and over again, and then I realised I HAD to meet this guy.
Over the course of several months I heard – and saw – some pretty mind-blowing things.
I would love to report that on the first few sky watches with Damien I watched some amazing light phenomena play out across the night sky. But that didn't happen.
It wasn’t until one day in 2013 when I was standing on a ridge overlooking ‘The Valley’ with Damien, I witnessed a luminous red beach ball-shaped object suddenly appear on the top of some pine trees about 600 metres from us, and then turn off after about 5 seconds. This was followed by two tube-like objects, which came over in the space of an hour.
To cap it all off, a rectangle of light then appeared on his left as he was sitting down, and seemingly melted into the ground right next to his hand. Damien then jumped up and yelled out "what the hell was that?" I was speechless, but thinking the very same thing.
That one day was my tipping point.
I have been collecting films and literature on unusual phenomena for about 40 years. And I have been doing field work and interviewing witnesses to strange incidents for more than 20 years in Australia, South East Asia and in the UK. By that stage I thought I had seen and heard everything. I had read about individuals like Stella Lansing for instance, who seem to have the ability to ‘attract’ bizarre things to occur around them. These people are outliers to the normal, bog-standard world ‘we’ are told is rational and sane.
I had all but given up finding that elusive 'white crow', to use the language of William James. In the fields of Ufology and the Paranormal, Damien Nott is THE white crow. His research, experiences, and most importantly, his results, are literally mind-boggling.
With better equipment, and some specific locations, we believe that Damien will be capturing these luminous ‘things’ with greater frequency and in greater clarity. The phenomena itself, with its attendant and seriously bizarre side effects, appear to be escalating to higher and higher levels.
Neither of us knows what these aerial ‘things’ really are, or what the accompanying manifestations that are happening around and to Damien really mean. It is intelligent, and appears to sometimes react to our actions and thoughts. It might be extraterrestrial in nature, or it might be something even stranger.
People need to see what Damien has captured over the past few years, and what he will soon capture in these ‘window areas’ in Australia.
In this pitch, we have presented here more high quality footage of unexplained phenomena from just one person than most documentaries will ever have in their actual whole show!
That gives you a taste of what we will be featuring in the actual documentary. But to get this project off the ground, we need the help of Kickstarter to push the boundaries in this amazing field to a level never seen before, anywhere.
Will you be a part of this challenge to conceptual reality?
Risks and challenges
As anyone would realise, this project is going to take a hell of a lot of driving, camping, filming and overnight research.
Not to mention countless hours of editing.
We guess will be driving more than 3000km in total.
The challenges will be to keep everyone updated on what is happening day by day.
Since both myself and Damien are very motivated individuals, we anticipate no problems in keeping people informed about all the wild things we are seeing and filming.
