Thank you all for your incredible patience. I know it's been awhile since we've had any news. There's good reasons for this!
We fell a little behind (our personal) schedule as the additional artwork required by the end of campaign took longer than expected. It's quite difficult juggling full time jobs and trying to prevent any delays in production. We don't like making our dearest backers wait. That being said, all is complete now, with exception to some minor tweaks. 90% of the files have been sent to the manufacturer for checking. But as most of you know, all the manufacturers in China have shut down for 2-3 weeks for Chinese New Year. So as soon as they return, they will start on our production sample copies. Can't wait!
Another reason we have been delayed a bit is because we have been in talks with other publishers who want to localize the game in German and French. We are very close to signing contracts with them and are happy to welcome them aboard as partners to make Town Builder: Coevorden the best it can be. More details to come as we move forward.
NEW JUDGE ARTWORK
As you all know, we promised brand new artwork for the Judge Cards. The new artwork on the cards can be placed together to create one giant panoramic image. Gord worked his butt off to create this masterpiece and I think we can all agree that it is truly stunning.
As for the judges themselves, a few of our dear backers were lucky enough to snag the pledge level to get their face on the cards. Again, Gord has outdone himself as I believe he did a wonderful job bringing these lovely people in to the world of Town Builder. There was a lot of uncertainty and many people thought it was a bad idea but I think they turned out quite nicely.
What do you think of the judges?
