About

Welcome to Snapshot

Snapshot is a ridiculous picture generator of you and your friends. Players compete round after round to see who can take the funniest photo based on their cards. The deck is filled with random and absurd scenarios that can be combined to create photos like meditating while the floor is lava or Using another player’s limb during an interview.

For each round, players get 3 minutes to capture their masterpiece in an attempt to win the judge’s favor. At the end of the round, the judge will decide whose photo is the funniest! Then, you simply never stop playing :)

The game was created by me, Rahil Bhatnagar. It is the result of combining my passion for capturing hilarious photos and sharing them with my friends.

If you're into card games, taking funny photos and sheer randomness. Then you should bring Snapshot to your next get together-who knows what ridiculous moments you will capture.

What is in the box?

215 scenario cards and 1 card with rules to fuel the picture taking frenzy.

The birth of Snapshot

Over the course of two years Snapshot has evolved to the game it is today. When it was first conceived the game was cumbersome with points, multiple cards, and incredibly difficult to read fonts. Hey, the typeface looked cool.

However, one thing stood true, seeing your friends perform weird actions to fulfill absurd requirements for a photo never got old.

After going back to the drawing board and subjecting my friends to countless photographic play testing experiments, Snapshot became the absurd photo generator it is today.

Help make Snapshot a success!

Kickstarter is an excellent way to fast track the game into players hands and create an amazing community! Snapshot is only a game, but with your help it can be a reason for people to laugh!

So, if you want to live in a world where you can’t stop laughing at your friend’s ridiculous photos, please make Snapshot a reality!

Special Thanks

Snapshot would not be possible without the help of my friends and family who were subjected to countless photographic experiments. Finally, a special thanks to Mayank for being an incredible mentor!

Risks and challenges

The Kickstarter campaign is simple; fund the card game and get it in the hands of the players. To keep the risk low, I have avoided any extra reward tiers, add-ons, and worked with Easyship to create a scalable fulfillment solution. However, the challenge set before us is to flood the internet with ridiculous photos of people playing Snapshot! Let’s make the internet laugh!
