About this project
Before getting this Kickstarter campaign off the ground, we set out to write and compose 6 original songs. We have completed that first goal.
The next step:
This campaign is the next phase of our journey. We've already run a budget for the project, which includes studio and engineering time, sticker printing, T-shirt production, duplication of 1000 CDs including art and packaging. We believe that we will be in the studio no later than December and will have the CDs in hand by January.
We are supported by our families who provide transportation, guidance, and direction to the business side of this endeavor. We are committed to fulfilling our commitments to our backers.

Risks and challenges
Recording an album is no small task and it requires a lot of dedication, time, and heart. We know this and we are ready to take this on. We have a lot of support from our families, they are behind us completely. As a band we have a lot of experience working together. We've already spoken with a recording studio, we know what we are getting into, we have done a lot of research.
As with any venture - we hope to not have any risks or challenges, but we're also realistic and know they're inevitable.
We foresee our potential challenges as time management, transportation issues, working with a record producer we've never worked with before, and securing a drummer who will work with us in exchange for lunches and credits in the liner notes. Being that we are both in junior high - we are very dependent on the support of our parents and families for help with these things. We will jump hurdles we encounter knowing that everyone is 100% supportive of us and that we work incredibly well together.
Risks are a bit harder to predict...but, we suppose the greatest risk is not utilizing our funding to its best capacity in terms of completing the project.
We've been advised that risk management is the hardest task with any new project...therefore, we have a budget laid out and aim to stick to it.
In response to that question, we added a new pledge amount of $20 ... designed by Zane, the image will be the canary perched on our band name on a black T.
