The most affordable, easy-entry power meter for general and intermediate cyclists.
Integrate convenience and intelligence into your cycling training.
A cycling power meter is a measuring device that measures the power output of the rider. Power meter tells the rider about how they push on the pedal and measure their actual output through an app or bike computer, it helps the rider to do a better performance towards increasing distance, scoping and knows when to take a rest. However, most power meters in the market come with expensive prices for $400 - $1000, most people can’t afford them.
Your power meter tells you how much work you’re doing, and your heart rate tells you how your body is responding to the work. Using heart rate alone can oftentimes be misleading—heart rate can be high or low as a result of outside factors like caffeine intake, lack of sleep, or weather. Power is independent of everything else, it essentially tells you exactly how much force your legs are putting into the bike.
Instead of using a strain guage, the makers of AROFLY have developed a new generation of power meter with Exclusive Dynamic Pressure Variation Technology, making the power meter easy to use, lightweight, and more affordable.
By measuring torgue and anguler velocity, the Strain Gauge is able to calculate power. Such measurement devices usually used by most cycling power meters in the market, such as Chainring, Crank, Pedal and Hub, must attach to the transmission system to detect the position of the force point.
Developed a new generation of two models for different purposes.
Every bike has experienced a flat. Low tire pressure can seriously affect a bike's power and safety when cycling. The correct tire pressure is important to enhance the biker's performance.
AROFLY power meter includes the tire pressure monitor, which measures the rear tire pressure and displays a warning message on the bike meter, to ensure a safe ride.

Risks and challenges
Timing is always a challenge with production of a new product.
However, we are working with top-notch suppliers and we have padded our timeline to make sure we can hit the time frames we have laid out.
Also our QA team is in place to personally check every shipment that will go out to make sure all backers receive the product without any defaults.
The challenge therefore will not be the production side, but mostly the fulfillment side. We now have a good margin in our delivery times, and hope to deliver all the power meters even before the deadline mentioned on this page.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
